Since 1997, L&R Precision Machining and Manufacturing has led complex machining. We thrive on the challenges of intricate specifications and difficult jobs. Our team has the skills and expertise to handle the most demanding projects, from prototyping to production.

We have dedicated ourselves to providing our clients with the highest customer service and unparalleled quality. Our journey has been constant growth and development, from our modest beginnings to our current 57,800-square-foot facility.
Investing in the Future
At L&R Precision Machining and Manufacturing, we invest in the latest technology and equipment to stay ahead. In 2014, we invested in Fastems FMS to reduce lead times and production costs. In 2015, we upgraded our quality management system (QMS) to AS9001D-certified statutes.
In 2019, we began our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) and became ⅓ employee-owned. In Jan. 2023, we expanded our inspection capabilities to include Contour Tracing, a technology that enables us to measure complex shapes and surfaces with high precision.
Renaming Ourselves to Reflect Our Capabilities
As part of our commitment to staying at the forefront of our industry, we have renamed ourselves L&R Precision Machining & Manufacturing. This name better reflects our capabilities and expertise in complex machining.
