L&R was awarded the contract to build this Oily Water Treatment System on behalf of KH Technologies for the U.S. Navy. It is a fully automatic system capable of discharging water at 50 gpm with oil content of less than 15 ppm. We are very proud of this unit and look forward to manufacturing subsequent systems for military and commercial applications. L&R has built filtration units for a variety of applications for KH Technologies and its partners. If it is a liquid and requires filtration and/or seperation of contaminants then KH can be of service. KH's patented filtration technology can segregate and divert particulate down to 2 micron and maintain stream flows. 	This is an assembly used in the nuclear industry for inspection purposes. L&R built 18 units.
	This component was part of a DOE project and our customer has requested that we disclose only limited information. What is of significance from a machining perspective is there are in excess of 130,000 holes. They are tightly toleranced for location and size and practically speaking none of them are perpendicular to the surface. We made many configurations of these and they were done on one of our vertical mills equipped with a trunnion table.

As mentioned throughout our website we are adept in machining exotic alloys such as titanium, Inconel, molybdenum, etc.
This is a titanium fixture with tightly toleranced features.
	This is a titanium base plate used on antenna systems for British and U.S. submarines. It starts out as a 255 lb. blank and finishes out at 63 lbs. and has 117 tapped holes in it.
