Company History

L&R was formed in the spring of 1997 by Allen Leath (right) and Don Raby (left). Don retired in the spring of 2004 and he passed away in the fall of 2005, may he rest in peace.

L&R started with five people and has grown to 30. All employees are carefully selected for their capabilities and attributes. Everyone is dedicated to the customers satisfaction and our growth is totally attributable to this effort.

Dale	Don and Allen plus these three gentlemen were the orginal five employees.
Notably our 30 employees have an average of 17 plus years of experience in serving customers in manufacturing. We would welcome the opportunity to put this experience to work for you.
